GETTING STARTED

Flex is a budgeting and credit application that helps renters manage and pay their largest expenses.

Flexible Rent is a line of credit that can be used to pay your rent on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Flex pays your landlord on the 1st of the month, and you pay Flex back on the weekly or bi-weekly schedule.

Flex can be used by any renter with a consistent paycheck.

We’re always looking to approve as many people as possible for Flexible Rent. if you don’t have a consistent paycheck and want to use Flexible Rent, please reach out to use at help@getflex.com.

You can sign up at any time by downloading our app.

There is a simple monthly membership fee for using Flex. There are no payment processing fees, interest charges, late fees or other hidden fees of any kind.

PAYMENTS AND BILLING

Your bank account will be automatically linked for all future payments. 

Your payments are due on whatever schedule you choose, which is typically weekly or bi-weekly throughout the month. You can sign in to your account to see a breakdown of your payment schedule.

We don’t charge late fees. However, late or partial payments may hurt your chance of using us again. If you’re worried about missing an upcoming payment, you can let us know via the contact us section and we will try our best to work with you.

Yes, you can cancel anytime, free of charge, as long as you do not have an outstanding balance. To cancel, reach out via our help desk or email help@getflex.com.

If your utility bill is usually charged along with your rent, it will automatically be covered in your Flex payment. If you prefer to pay your utilities manually, contact support or email help@getflex.com.
