When disasters struck in 2025, our team quickly sent targeted communications and FEMA resources to impacted households in Los Angeles and Kerrville, Texas.

Supporting federal employees during shutdown

Flex stepped up to support families impacted by the longest federal shutdown in U.S. history by waiving fees and referring renters to emergency grants.

Eviction prevention with Hope+Door

Flex partnered with Hope+Door to deliver more than $100,000 rental assistance to 75 families at risk of eviction. Together, we tripled the speed of verification and grant distribution.
