An application and credit assessment are required for approval. Availability of Flex services are subject to landlord eligibility. Flex Rent users may pay a recurring monthly membership fee of $5.99; membership automatically renews until canceled. A processing fee of 0.5% of your total rent or bill amount is charged (an additional 2.5% surcharge applies when using a credit card). A split fee of up to 3%, based on how much you borrow each month, is also charged and cannot be reduced with early repayment.  Flex Pay in Full users who are not extended a line of credit, are also subject to the 0.5% processing fee of their total rent amount and a 2.5% surcharge fee when using a credit card. Flex Pay in Full users who are not extended a line of credit are not subject to a recurring monthly membership fee. Other third party fees may apply. See your offer for more details. Positive rent payment history and information about your loan may be reported to one or more national credit bureaus. All loan amounts vary based on eligibility.
